Recent volunteer in residence - Anne Higgins
The staff at Boundary End Center has been delighted to host Anne Higgins as a volunteer in residence over the past two weeks. Anne Higgins, a computer programmer by trade, has been studying ancient Mesoamerica and exploring the Maya world for decades. She also has a keen interest for rock art.
Anne came to BEC to assist with archiving and documenting our sizable library collection. In particular, Anne has helped with the creation of a database which, we hope, will one day be available to anyone wanting to consult our library holdings.
The Boundary End Center is looking for qualified volunteers to come and help with our many archival tasks. We can offer a comfortable room in our peaceful mountains for short-term scholars. Please contact us through our website if you would like to assist us in our academic mission.
